"One year after Milan Hastings accidentally dies in a prank organized by wealthy Blaine (Josh Henderson) and Desiree (Taylor Cole), members of their upper class set - including the debutante and aspiring actress Torrance (Scout Taylor-Compton), gay gossip columnist Charles (Joseph McKelheer), beauty queen Barbie (Jennifer Siebel) and her Republican State Senator fiancé Peter (Samuel Child) - start dying in horrible ways. At first, Desiree thinks the killer is Ryan, an aspiring filmmaker who loved Milan, but when she spots someone that looks like Milan fleeing from the crime scenes, it is suspected the culprit may even be a vengeful ghost.."
